Skål International London October Dinner

Members and guests had a wonderful dining experience at our October event held at the Chef’s Table, located in the Fanshawe College Downtown Campus, on 11 October 2022.

A big thank you to our member, Michelle Giroux, Associate Dean, Tourism, Hospitality, Culinary Arts and Digital Creative and Emma Rankin, Chef’s Table Manager and their talented team for a fun and educational evening. We also had the opportunity to formally induct Michelle Giroux that evening.


At Fanshawe’s College’s London Downton Campus, students are immersed in London arts, cultural and media hub.  Students are able to learn alongside working professionals in the arts, digital creative, tourism, hospitality, culinary arts and information technology.  The Chef’s Table, located at the Downtown Campus, serves up locally sourced food and international flavours with an experience delivered by students of Fanshawe’s School of Tourism, Hospitality & Culinary Arts.
